Once you have envisioned your project and direction as if you had all the resources to do so, start to scale back these ideas. Pull your favourite ideas and discuss how they could be implemented in your project right now.
For example, if your dream artist to collaborate with is Eminem, reach out to local rappers/artists and link up! Start with a smaller collaboration in the same niche!
